Cancellation of your CCC 2019 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at email@example.com clearly stating your reference number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the billing email address you used while registering
- No Cancellation charges prior 31/06/2019.
- All cancellations done until the 31/08/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value.
- All cancellations done until the 30/09/2019 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value.
- Post 30/09/2019 no refunds will be provided.
- All refunds will be provided by check 10-15 working days after the conference.
- Timestamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request.
- GST value is non-refundable. Only gross registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation percentage.
